项目名称：盈享空间联合办公

本项目是一处联合办公空间，位于北京市北二环和北三环之间，属于北京的中心地带范畴。委托方希望这个空间能兼具较强的公共性和一定的私密性，有少量的餐饮和咖啡，是个能提供跨界交流和展示的平台。

This project is a Co-working space, located between the North Second Ring Road and the North Third Ring Road in Beijing, which belongs to the central area of Beijing. The client hope that it can be both public and private, with a small amount of food and coffee, it is a platform to provide cross-border exchanges and exhibitions.

我们以一种抽象和具象结合的“边界感”为灵感来源，希望塑造某种边界明确，却又互相融合互通的空间感受。这种边界是人本能的视觉联系感能感知到的，但空间的界限却不被切实的划定，它是能看见却不定义的边界。

We take an abstract and concrete combination of "boundary feeling" as the inspiration source, hoping to shape a clear boundary, but also to integrate and interact with each other's spatial feelings. This kind of boundary can be perceived by human's instinctive sense of visual connection, but the boundary of space is not actually delimited, it is a boundary that can be seen but not defined.

一层的核心空间是中部的路演空间，我们希望它是这种“不定义边界”空间的最直观感受。品牌色的有色电光玻璃活动滑轨门和前后两个透明色电光玻璃隔断围合出了路演空间，它也可以随意调整开启度，围合出通透或私密的功能空间。

The core space on the first floor is the roadshow space in the central part. We hope that it is the most intuitive feeling of this "undefined boundary" space. Brand colored electro-optic glass sliding door and front and back two transparent electro-optic glass partition enclosed the road show space, it can also adjust the opening degree at will, enclosed a transparent or private functional space.

整个空间是由一层和地下室组成，地下室往往给人一种阴暗、潮湿、憋闷的感觉，而我们希望地下空间也能有一层一样的光照、通透度、透气的体验感。所以我们用一个下沉的天井和一个下沉的挑空将一层的公共空间和地下的办公空间穿起来，既相对联通又相对隔离，并且将光照引到地下。这样地下不但不昏暗，还是个有趣的空间。

The whole space is composed of ground floor and basement. The basement often gives people a feeling of darkness, humidity and depression. We hope that the underground space can also have the same experience of light, permeability and air permeability. So we use a sunken patio and a sunken air-lift to put together ground floor of public space and underground office space, which is relatively connected and isolated, and to bring light to the underground. So the underground space is not only bright, but also an interesting space.

卫生间的品质反应了这个空间的综合体验感，我们希望卫生间的“不定义边界”感也很强，我们希望它是个很酷的地方。

The quality of the toilet reflects the comprehensive experience of a space. We hope that the "undefined boundary" feeling of the toilet is also strong. We hope that it is a cool place.

地下办公空间除了开敞的公共空间，还有四个独立的小办公室，上空的天窗同时也是一层入口处的玻璃地面，这样的关系既给地下独立办公室引入了采光，也给入口增加了丰富度的另一个层次，还让这种视线的趣味互动成为了使用者日常的心情小调剂。

In addition to the open public space, there are four separate small offices in the underground office space. The skylight above is also a glass floor at the entrance. This relationship not only introduces daylighting to the underground office, but also adds another level of richness to the entrance. It also makes the interesting interaction of the sight a minor mood adjustment for users in their daily life.

小会议室是这里的共享会议室，我们希望它是私密却又公共的，它的空间位置在1/2地下、交流室的上面，通过两侧的楼梯走进小会议室不但有种进入的仪式感，也加强了私密性的体验，同时身处其中的使用者也能通过品牌色的有色电光玻璃调节自己与“外界”的视线通透度。

The small meeting room is a sharing space here. We hope it is private but public. It is located on the ground floor of 1/2 and above the communication room. It not only has a sense of ritual to enter the small conference room through the stairs on both sides, but also enhances the experience of privacy. At the same time, users in the small conference room can adjust their own and "outside" vision through brand-colored electro-optical glass.
